Referral forms

You can refer a presumed victim of human trafficking to the National Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking by filling out a form below, and sending it to the Assistance System. You can also refer a person, who assists in the investigation to a human trafficking crime (”witnesses”), and the children of victims and assisting persons. Remember that you can only refer a person with their consent.

Because the application is likely to contain sensitive information, you should send it via a secure e-mail service. If you don’t have a secure e-mail service at your disposal, you can send encrypted email at the address securemail.migri.fi

(opens in a new tab). Enter your email address in the field and click “Jatka” to continue. After this you need to click “Rekisteröidy” to register and then follow the instructions sent to your email. When you register, you will receive an email containing an individual link through which you can identify yourself in the service. The link will be active for 30 days. The instructions are only available in Finnish.

When you refer a person to the Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking, you should also give them our information leaflet about processing of personal data in the Assistance System. You can find the information leaflet below in several languages.
