You can also contact the Assistance system and NGOs by phone. You can call the Assistance system’s infoline +358 (0)2 954 63 177 at any time, also anonymously. You can contact us to talk about your situation, ask questions or just to chat with a friendly person. The price of the call is a local landline fee or normal mobile phone charge, when you’re calling from a Finnish number. There are no extra charges.
