The National Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking – the NAS
The National Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking (the NAS) is a national expert authority in the work against human trafficking. The purpose of the NAS is to help trafficking victims and give advice and guidance in issues concerning human trafficking.
This website contains information on how to refer a victim of human trafficking to the NAS, as well as of the type of assistance and services that may be possible for a client.
The NAS maintains a 24/7 helpline +358 29 54 63 177. You can call the number to receive information and guidance, or simply to talk to someone. The experts of the NAS take these calls on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (8-16 hours). Outside office hours, the calls are diverted and only urgent matters can be handled or you may leave a request for a callback.
You can contact the NAS anonymously with this contact form.
You can e-mail the NAS at ihmiskauppa.auttamisjarjestelma@migri.fi. The NAS team reads and replies these messages on weekdays during office hours.
